Alpine Property Services looks after chalets and apartments used privately by owners or rented out through Airbnb and agencies. Changeovers, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, renovation and spa servicing — all handled by one local team.

Property & holiday let management
Complete care for chalets and apartments, whether you use them privately or let them on Airbnb and other platforms. Key holding, guest welcomes, owner arrivals and a local team on hand all year.
Holiday changeovers
Saturday-to-Saturday and short-stay changeovers run to a fixed checklist — beds made, welcome checks done and the property ready before guests arrive.
Cleaning & laundry
Departure cleans, mid-week servicing, deep cleans and fresh hotel-quality linen and towels supplied and laundered locally.
Maintenance & repairs
Winter checks, snow and roof issues, plumbing, heating and electrics — reported, quoted and fixed with trades we have worked with for years.
Renovation projects
From a single bathroom to a full chalet refit. We manage the trades, the timeline and the site while you are away.
Hot tubs, spas & saunas
Supply, installation, servicing and repairs through our sister company Alpine Spas — CHTT certified and set up for alpine conditions.
For owners
However you use your property, we keep it ready
Private owner use
Heating on and beds made for your arrival, checks through the closed season, snow and storm damage spotted early, and hot tub or sauna serviced before you travel. You arrive to a property that has been looked after all year.
Rented out on Airbnb & agencies
Guest changeovers, linen, cleaning, meet-and-greets and on-call problem solving during stays. We work alongside your own listings or with our rentals partner Ski Bluebird, so bookings run smoothly whether you are in resort or not.

About us
A family business, not a call centre
Alpine Property Services is run by Ellie and Tom from our base in Bozel, just below Courchevel. We have lived and worked in the Tarentaise since 2012, and we look after a small, deliberately manageable portfolio of chalets and apartments across Courchevel, Méribel and Champagny.
That means the people preparing your property are the people you speak to. We know which trades turn up, how these buildings behave through a hard winter, and what guests notice the moment they walk through the door.
